• Please wear your conference name badge at all times, as it is required for admission to all sessions.
• If you did not receive a name badge in the mail, please visit Name Badge Assistance outside the Panzacola Ballroom.
• Once you arrive, present your name badge to greeters in the ballroom lobbies to receive your welcome bag and conference program.
• All conference sessions will take place in the Gatlin Ballroom.

Onsite Parking

• Parking is available at the Rosen Shingle Creek on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The discounted self-parking rate is $20 per day or $40 per day for valet parking.
• Parking rates apply to both hotel guests and conference attendees staying off-site.
• You will receive a dash pass for entering and exiting throughout the day.
• Please note: If you move your vehicle, your parking space may be taken.

Overflow Parking

• Should the hotel parking lot reach capacity, overflow parking will be available for attendees staying off-site at the nearby Willie Parking Lot.
• Overflow parking is $20 per day.
• You will receive a dash pass for entering and exiting throughout the day.
• Complimentary bus transportation is available throughout the conference to take attendees between the overflow parking lot and event venue.
• Wheelchair-accessible transportation is also be available from the overflow parking lot.

Drop-Off and Ride Share

• The Rosen Shingle Creek recommends dropping off at the front entrance of the hotel due to heavy bus traffic anticipated outside the convention center entrance.

Onsite Meal Options

• View lunch and dinner concession options.
• The Rosen Shingle Creek does not allow any outside food or beverages onsite, so please plan accordingly.
• Lunch and dinner concession options are available on Thursday and Friday at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Sebastian I–J, located behind the Panzacola Ballroom. Seating is limited to approximately 1,000 guests.
• Coffee is also available for purchase outside the Gatlin Ballroom and between the Panzacola and Sebastian Ballrooms.

Onsite Restaurant Options

• There are multiple dining options available at the Rosen Shingle Creek, with restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

ICON Park Restaurants

• Numerous restaurants are also located within a short drive from the Rosen Shingle Creek.
• Ligonier will provide complimentary bus transportation directly to ICON Park. Bus transportation to ICON Park will be available for lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday.
